Lighthouse management has established, documented, implemented, maintains, and continually improves the effectiveness of its Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the policies stated in its Quality Manual by ensuring the availability of the necessary information and resources.
Lighthouse has determined the necessary processes and their sequence and interaction, with the intent of conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003, and with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction. The processes determined include processes for management activities, provision of resources, product realization and measurement, analysis and improvement.

Responsible authorities monitor, measure, and analyze these processes, including outsourced processes, and take appropriate actions necessary to achieve planned results and continually improve performance of the QMS.
